When a 21-year-old Bryan Schube entered the real estate profession, he was unsure of what the path to success would look like. Now an exceptional entrepreneur at 29, Schube can proudly say that path has been paved by hard work, dedication and innovation.
Schube, an agent with RE/MAX Unlimited Results Realty in Tiffin, Ohio, has closed more than 220 transaction sides so far in his career, conducting sales in a wide variety of property types, from residential to commercial to agricultural. He’s also a valuable member of the Jones Home Team, which earned RE/MAX Chairman’s Club status for its high production in 2024.
Schube, a finalist for the REALTOR® Magazine 30 Under 30 Class of 2025, shares three productivity tips for fellow agents:
1. Know your customer well
A customer-first approach is the key to success, according to Schube.
“For me, real estate has never been just about selling houses – it’s about the people who make them home. Taking the time to really get to know my clients has allowed me to anticipate their needs, help them navigate challenges and make the process as smooth as possible. It’s about building relationships that last long after the real estate transaction is over,” he says.
“I’ve always found that the best agents listen more than they talk. The more I understand my clients’ needs and wants, the better I can help them find the right home and negotiate the best deal. It’s not just about closing a sale – it’s about putting them in the right position to succeed.”
2. Leverage tech to expand your reach
Harnessing the power of technology is crucial in real estate. Through cutting-edge marketing strategies (with trend-driven social media content) and integrated tech platforms, Schube continuously seeks ways to grow his sphere and enhance the real estate experience for clients and agents alike.
“Using technology means connecting with more people and making the process smoother for my clients. By embracing the most up-to-date technology, like MAX/Tech® powered by BoldTrail, I can streamline communication, enhance marketing efforts and provide real-time insights,” Schube says. “My clients find this incredibly useful, as it helps them stay informed, navigate the market more efficiently, and achieve their real estate goals faster and with less stress.”
He adds, “In today’s digital world, having a thoughtful online presence is crucial. I’ve found that using the right tech tools help me work smarter, not harder, while still delivering a top-notch experience for my clients.”
3. Have an effective support system in place
Aligning with a productive team has shown Schube the value in being part of a collaborative community – one that roots for him every day. It’s something he’d suggest for other growth-minded professionals, too.
“I’ve learned that no one builds a successful real estate career on their own. It’s all about surrounding yourself with people who challenge you, support you, and push you to be better every single day,” Schube shares. “I’m fortunate to have a team and brokerage who do just that – and it’s made all the difference. Their guidance has not only helped me grow but has also allowed me to become a leader myself. A supportive team and a forward-thinking brokerage create an environment where I can be my best and keep pushing toward bigger goals.”
