The best thing about Nick is his willingness to listen and explain the difficult parts of buying or selling a house. I did not realize the balance you need as a realtor to be both an advocate for you and fair to the other people involved in the process. He explained to me for 2 hours the limits he is under when dealing with the client, inspectors, the other realtor, and all the myriad of people who are involved with the process. I asked him a lot of difficult questions during our time together and he was always humble and truthful in his answers. Because Nick is an experienced realtor, he has the skills to deal with the often contradictions you may feel during this extremely difficult and emotional roller coaster ride of either buying or selling a house. I think most people use their realtor to get what they want no matter what; but that is not Nick.
