When it comes to selling homes, REMAX agents continue to set the pace for the industry.
REMAX agents outsell other agents by more than 2 to 1 at large brokerages confirmed by three major U.S. industry rankings.1 This marks the 18th consecutive year REMAX agents have led the industry in productivity.
According to the 2026 RealTrends Verified Best Brokerages rankings, when measured by transaction sides, REMAX agents averaged 11.7 sides in 2025, compared to just 5.4 sides for agents at competing brokerages.2 Of the 1,267 qualifying firms that closed at least 500 transaction sides in 2025, REMAX represented 289 brokerages – or 23%.

T360 Mega 1000, powered by T3 Sixty, is the industry’s most comprehensive ranking of the largest residential real estate brokerages in the U.S., based on 2025 performance of sales volume, transaction sides and agent counts. According to the most recent rankings, 169 REMAX brokerages made the T360 Mega 1000 list.
Similarly, RISMedia’s Power Broker survey is the industry’s longest-running preeminent ranking by closed residential sales volume and transaction sides. Based on an online survey of residential real estate brokerages in the U.S., the 2026 Top 1,000 Power Brokers are selected and ranked according to residential sales volume in 2025 – of which, 207 of the 1,000 brokerages in the list are REMAX brokerages.
