REMAX continues to enhance its leadership team with incredible industry innovators – and the latest addition is no exception.

Daniel Dennis has joined REMAX as Senior Vice President of Sales and Service, a role focused on helping brokerages and affiliates elevate their business to new heights. Dennis boasts nearly 20 years of industry experience and a strong track record of driving growth for real estate entrepreneurs through myriad leadership opportunities.

No stranger to helping others succeed, Dennis is the former President of Illustrated Properties Real Estate in Palm Beach County, Florida. During his time there, he grew the operation to more than 600 associates across 21 offices. Prior to that, Dennis was the CEO of Roberts Brothers, Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices of America affiliate in Mobile, Alabama. Leading the charge for more than a decade, he helped the entity achieve record growth as a top brokerage in the competitive Southern Alabama market.

“I’ve had the privilege of working alongside real estate agents for the past 17 years, focusing on creating environments where they can truly thrive,” he says. “Success in this industry isn’t just about tangible aspects like technology or transaction support – it’s also about the intangible, emotional connection that drives decisions. I’m excited to continue fostering these environments and empowering agents to deliver their best to their clients and communities.”

Dennis will work closely under REMAX Chief Growth Officer Chris Lim, who joined the team in February. Together, the duo is set to revolutionize the REMAX experience for affiliates by helping them leverage every aspect of the brand, such as the ever-expanding suite of REMAX technology tools, which includes the comprehensive MAXTech® powered by BoldTrail platform.
