Back at REMAX, a Top Texas Team Is Taking Real Estate by Storm

In 2020, as the world changed around him, Joe Antinozzi found himself ready for change, too.

Pivoting his career, Antinozzi earned his real estate license and joined RE/MAX Integrity in Tomball, Texas, situated northwest of Houston. He quickly became one of the brokerage’s top producers – and formed The Antinozzi Group, a powerhouse team that soon reached REMAX Platinum Club-level.

Then in 2024, he left REMAX to try out a local Compass office, an endeavor of curiosity that proved to be short-lived. Just five months later, Antinozzi took his team back to RE/MAX Integrity, re-aligning his business with the global real estate leader and setting himself up for a future of opportunity.

Running a business that people trust

For Antinozzi, breaking into the Tomball-area market took grit and perseverance. But once he became a name clients know and trust, momentum snowballed – and it hasn’t stopped.

“Meaningful connection is my foundation, and I’m a friend to everyone I work with,” Antinozzi says. “Plus, I’m involved in each step of the homebuying and selling processes, making sure my clients feel informed and empowered. This is so much more than just a transaction – it’s a really important milestone. And I stay in touch with everyone I work with long after the deal is done.”

Antinozzi says he recently helped a repeat client with their fifth transaction together.

“I’m grateful that nearly all of my business nowadays is based on repeats and referrals,” he says. “When people trust their agent, they’re going to tell others about their experience.”

Antinozzi, along with the other two members of The Antinozzi Group – Taylor Alexander and Kristin Weaver – boast a wide array of real estate specialties, from residential to new construction to military relocation to land deals and more.

The luxury market is one area where Antinozzi and his team particularly excel. They recently sold a sprawling estate in the upscale Willowcreek Ranch neighborhood of Tomball for over $5 million – a five-bedroom, nine-bathroom dwelling on three acres.

“It’s an honor be part of the local luxury housing scene. But at the end of the day, we’re here to help anyone with their buying and selling needs, regardless of the price point,” he says.

That mindset paves the way for productivity. The Antinozzi Group was their brokerage’s top-producing team for Q1 2025.

“I think a lot of my success was driven by Ruben and Nancy. I know I can pick up the phone and call either of them at any time, and they’ll always give me helpful guidance and answers to any questions I have,” Antinozzi says.
